Gabriel's goal is to provide business owners with a trusted exit opportunity and to step into an operating CEO role, bringing his unique combination of hands-on management, engineering expertise and operational improvement experience.

Gabriel is an engineer who spent the last ten years as CEO of Corporación Inmobiliaria, a family business with a 70-year history in architecture, construction, and engineering. Throughout, Gabriel stayed personally involved in hiring, convinced that a culture of collaboration and problem-solving was what let complex projects, for national and international clients alike, land on time and on budget.

Under his leadership, the business grew 10x. He established alliances with key public partners and oversaw more than 50 projects totaling 645,000ft2, launched three new engineering service divisions through rigorous customer discovery, integrated twelve property management businesses into the platform, and led the development of two AI-powered software products that were spun off into independent SaaS companies.

Prior to that, Gabriel was a strategy consultant leading teams in the infrastructure and energy sectors to develop new services and long-term strategies for the biggest infrastructure and energy companies in Latam (Grupo Argos, Cementos Argos, Celsia, and Bechtel among them).

Gabriel holds a Master's in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Engineering from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia.

Personal / Outdoors

Gabriel is the son of an engineer and a nurse. From an early age, he was shaped by a deep sense of community, mutual support, and curiosity about the world. On family camping trips, his father would challenge him to take apart and reassemble radios, car parts, and whatever gadgets were on hand. His mother, meanwhile, taught him first aid and instilled in him a sense of responsibility to step up whenever someone needed help. Those two influences, engineering and care for others, have been the defining forces of Gabriel's life.

Gabriel mountain biking with his father — Gabriel's passion for endurance sports and the outdoors has been a constant throughout his life. He has been mountain biking with his father since he was a kid. He is a certified Wilderness First Responder (NOLS) and Rescue Scuba Diver (NAUI).

Gabriel cycling with friends — He enjoys bike riding with friends on the weekends and has competed in multiple Ironman Triathlons, Ultramarathons and Adventure Races around the US and South America.

Gabriel's social impact work — He has led numerous infrastructure social responsibility initiatives delivering water and energy infrastructure to underserved communities in Peru and Colombia.
